Ok this is pretty simple.
Go to make a new status,
When you start to type in something click on that little arrow next to the lock, and choose customize. In the “Hide this from” section, type the name of the victim.
Now tag them in the post and voila. They will now be going WTF for several minutes while people have a conversation they can’t see.
